Privacy notice

Who we are

Elementium Labs (“we”, “us”) is based in Singapore. We are the organisation responsible for the personal data described in this notice. For anything to do with your data, contact us at hello@elementiumlabs.com.

What this notice covers

This notice covers elementiumlabs.com. Our products — Parade, Portal and Plaza — are not yet open, so today the only personal data we collect is what you give us through the waitlist and design-partner forms, plus basic website analytics.

What we collect

• Waitlist forms. Your email address, and optionally your website, business type, which products interest you, how customers reach you, and similar details about your business.
• Design-partner form. Your name, email address, business, website, and what you would most like fixed.
• Analytics. Standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the referring site.
• Technical data. Your IP address and user agent are processed when you submit a form, to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal data.

Why we use it

• To tell you when the product you asked about opens.
• To assess and respond to design-partner applications.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve them.
• To protect the site from spam and automated abuse.

We will not sell your personal data, and we will not add you to unrelated marketing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Consent and withdrawal

By submitting a form you consent to us using your details for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us; we will act on it within a reasonable time and tell you if withdrawal affects anything you have asked us for.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers that run this site and our tooling, and only so far as they need it:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and spam protection.
• Google — Google Sheets and Apps Script store form submissions and email us about them; Google Analytics measures site usage.
• Microsoft — Microsoft Clarity measures site usage, where enabled.

Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where that happens we rely on the provider's contractual commitments to give your data a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and design-partner submissions until the relevant product has opened and we have finished contacting you about it, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Analytics data is kept in aggregate according to each provider's standard retention period.

How we protect it

Form submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in access-controlled Google accounts. Access is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@elementiumlabs.comand we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site itself does not set advertising cookies. Where analytics are enabled, those providers set their own cookies or identifiers to measure usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Changes

We will update this notice as the products launch and as what we collect changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
